Lee Martin raised some eyebrows in 4wd Qualifying Round 3 when he took no time catching up to Tommy Hall who started ahead of him in the same heat. Tommy yielded letting him through and Lee quickly followed this with a mistake – losing him a few seconds. But Lee got the hammer down and went on to set the fastest time of the day so far. An impressive performance. Ben Smith in second retains overall TQ.
